Our Sportcombat Personal Trainers are experienced, highly qualified, insured, nationally registered and CRB checked.  We provide the expertise and encouragement for you to reach your fitness goals.

We devise a training programme specific to your needs - after an initial consultation we will asign you with a Personal Trainer who specialises in the type of training you would like to try.  Your Personal Training sessions can be based around one or a combination of the following:


Sportcombat MMA
Develop superb all around fitness levels, condition your whole body and learn to fight in all ranges of unarmed combat.

Boxing
Blitz your upper body with the punching techniques, blocks, counters and conditioning drills of the 'sweet science'.


Kickboxing
Combine boxing training with kicking techniques and flexibility exercises for a challenging whole-body workout.

Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Develop your self defence skills, stamina, balance and coordination as you learn the throws, locks and chokes of these arts.

Weight Loss Programme
Raise your metabolic rate and burn excess fat through a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular training and nutritional advice.

Body Building/Toning Programme
Build and sculpt your physique using progressive resistance training and nutritional advice.


Post/Ante Natal Programme
Encourage a healthy, happy pregnancy and prepare for childbirth or get back in shape after the event using a combination of resistance training, cardiovascular training, core conditioning and breathing exercises.
